OFFICE REFURBISHMENT AND EXTENSION
Location: Uxbridge, Middlesex
We obtained planning permission to radically restructure the central core and add an additional floor of offices to a this prominent office building that had remained un-let for many years.
The work included the installation of a new lift shaft and toilet core as well as complete replacement of all services including air conditioning and raised floors.
A large new reception hall was created linking the main street at the front with car parking at the rear.
The building let successfully directly after completion.
Spencer Architecture carried out full detailed design and working drawings, including Contract Administration of the project through to completion, on time and to a very tight budget.
